Official Terms, Rules and Conditions of Participating in the MISS WISDOM WORLD (MWW)

All Delegate must abide by the following Rules and Conditions.Any False statement given will result in the disqualification of all rights to participate in the Miss Wisdom world 2021 ,The 1st International

Prime edition held in : 16th-27th NOVEMBER 2021 , HO CHI MINH CITY- VIETNAM

1. A contestant shall be a person who:

  • is no less than age 18 (eighteen) and no more than 28 (twenty-eigh) years of age on December 1 of the Relevant Year for Miss Wisdom world
  •  is legally recognized as a female in the your country
  • has never been through any ceremony either valid or invalid, and whether civil, religious or tribal, which  is recognized as a marriage ceremony in any part of the world
  • has never given birth to a child
  • is of good character and possessed of charm, poise, personality
  •  is born in your country or is a permanent resident or your country citizen
  • in case of winning the Miss Wisdom World title, shall be able to sign a an Exclusive Management Agreement with Miss Wisdom World  and be resident at her own expense on the mainland of contestant(the copy of the Management Agreement shall be included into Miss Wisdom World  contest application paperwork and provided by the relevant National Director to every country Winner for familiarization before entering Miss Wisdom World contest

2. there must be nothing in the contestant’s background or actions that could bring into disrepute any aspect of the Miss Wisdom World brand, its Licensees, staff, and/or sponsors and partners, or that may conflict with Miss Wisdom World values and principles (including, but not limited to: drug use; arrests; DUIs; participation in pornography; insensitive comments or statements; spreading false or unproven facts about MWW that may disrepute MWW and its partners and affiliates, etc); the contestant agrees that she shall not disparage Miss Wisdom World, insult, defame, slander, use any form of derogatory commentary in any form whatsoever, whether written or verbal, regarding Miss Wisdom World brand, its Licensees, staff, sponsors and partners, and acknowledges that Miss Wisdom World shall seek legal remedies, including cost and damages for any violation of the above.

3.Entry forms must be filled in with contestants’ legal names as they are in government issued IDs, passports, etc. and not assumed or professional names.

4.Having signed the entry form and qualified for the final, contestants are reminded that they have signed a contract and that to break it is a serious matter.

5.The Miss Wisdom , as well as all Miss Wisdom World  state titles are copyrighted. No person or organization may use the titles, without the permission of Miss Wisdom Organization.

6.By entering the selection process and ultimately the contest, a contestant grants the organizers or the sponsors of the event, the free and unfettered right to use her name, photographs, voice, likeness, recommendations etc., relating to the contest, its title or any such connection between the contestant and the contest or title in any way it sees fit for advertising or sales promotions purposes, providing such use is not in a manner to cause harm to the contestant’s reputation or name. Such agreement will continue in a similar manner for further material issued resulting in participation in the contest or during year of office if she wins the title. We cannot guarantee the return of any materials sent to Miss Wisdom World as part of an application.

7.Contestants agree that from the date of winning a qualifying contest, until a period of fourteen days after the national final, or if they become the holder of Miss Wisdom World titles, for a period of six months after their reign as titleholder ends, they will not, without the prior permission in writing from the organizers, make any statement to the media, either directly or indirectly, nor give any interviews nor write any stories whatsoever appertaining to the competition or involving its name.

8.Contestants agree that their name and photographs may be used by the organizer or competition sponsors in any advertising or promotion feature for the contest or its sponsors where the names Miss Wisdom World , providing such advertising or promotion shall not offend normal good taste.

9.Contestants agree that they will not use the Miss Wisdom World Contest as a platform for expressing political and/or religious points of views.

10.These rules were made to cover Miss Wisdom World contest. Miss wisdom organization cannot accept any responsibility for neither any changes of rules nor any cancellation or changes in format in Miss Misdom World contest, which prevent the winner from neither further participation nor any amendment to the rules in such contest, which would make Miss wisdom World winner ineligible to compete in Miss Wisdom World.

11.The responsibility for obtaining the right wardrobe to compete, is entirely that of the contestant.

12.IT IS EMPHASIZED THAT THE ORGANIZERS CANNOT IN ANY WAY BE HELD RESPONSIBLE IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR THE LOSS OF ANY CONTESTANT’S PERSONAL EFFECTS. LOOK AFTER YOUR OWN EFFECTS AT ALL TIMES. WHEN APPROPRIATE TAKE OUT INSURANCE AND DEPOSIT VALUABLES IN HOTEL SAFETY DEPOSITS.

13.Miss Wisdom World shall have the right to amend or change the above Offiical Rules and Conditions at any time. In the event of any dispute over the rules of the contest the decision of the Miss Wisdom organization is final.

14.Miss Wisdom World shall have the right to disqualify any MWW contestant for violating the above Official Rules and Conditions. Moreover, Miss Wisdom World shall also have the right to cease and desist and remove any national and state titles from any contestants and state delegates for violating the above Official Rules and Conditions at any time before, during and/or after the National Final.

15.All contestants understand and agree that if Miss Wisdom World collects any fees (e.g. entry fees, program book fees, etc) from contestants related with their participation in the National Final, those fees shall not be refundable under any circumstance.

16.If the National Winner goes on to represent franchise country in Miss Wisdom World contest, National Director will cover travel expenses of the Miss Wisdom  title winner to travel to Miss Wisdom World final. Further, Miss Wisdom Organization shall be responsible for the contestant’s accommodation and meals during the Miss Wisdom World preliminary competitionsand final.

QUALIFICATION


PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Living in different geographical places and belonging to different race and culture, 170 cm minimum height, 90 60 90 body size, narrow thighs, elegant ankles, around 108 cm leg-height, a sympathetic face, well-proportioned neck height and scale, aesthetic and eligible posture and walking, not having any physical disorder in appearance, not having any aesthetic operation with a completely natural beauty and of whose lights of star can be seen at first sight. These numbers are not always suitable for all heights of girls. The most important thing is to find the best girl with the well-proportioned heights and body sizes.


SOCIAL CRITERIA OF THE WOMEN

It’s a precondition for candidates to be unmarried or/and never married before.
The candidates should be aware of many things like what’s going on in the world, social norms, and developments in life etc. A candidate should also believe in importance of sciences, having the ability of expressing herself freely, keeping up with the changes easily, contributable to environment, having the capability of working in the competitive markets with the highest energy and courage, giving importance to a noble perception, capable of defending her rights and also respectful to others rights, helpful, capable of working both in the team and as a leader, wishing a peaceful life for everyone, adopting the exalting of human honor.
  1. Shall be single and aged between 18 and 28, must be a natural Female; and hold a passport of the Territory represent
  2. Must have been selected from a female competition conducted in the Territory or alternatively must have been nominated by the National Sponsor as National Representative.
  3. Must have good moral character and possesses poise, charm, personality and beauty.
  4. Must have knowledge of Tourism about the representative Territory
  5. Mustn't have any kinship with any director or staff working for Miss WISDOM Organization.
"To have these entire features together means being perfect.
We will be searching for the nearest one to perfect.”

Famous people,Celebrity not allowed

Applicants must not be a celebrity or a Famous person in representative country,

If a candidate's profile is verified as a very reputable person in the applicant's country, we will revoke and terminate the applicant immediately from the applicant list.


ANNOUNCEMENT

  1. The Organizing Committee reserve the right of rejection or acceptance of the application received.
  2. The organizer shall be the sole authority for interpretation of these rules and condition decision of the organizer shall be final and binding.
  3. In the events that any participants or winners is unable to fulfill her commitment any comply in regards to the rules and conditions the organizer shall have the right to withdraw the participant as one of the candidate or winner and will be asked to leave the country where the pageant is held voluntarily and immediately
  4. The organizer shall not be responsible for any valuable belongings lost by the contestant during the pageant.
  5. The organizer reserved the rights to replace the participants with any other applicants of their choice at the 1st Miss Wisdom World Final, in the event of the disqualification or the release from participation of such finalist applicant.
  6.  In the event that any winner is enable to fulfill her mandatory in regards to the rules and conditions and also the winner contract agreement, the organizer reserves the right to re-confer the award on the first or the second runner-up.


CONDUCT

  1. To conduct herself properly during the period of Miss Wisdom world 2021
  2. Willing to obey and comply at all times during the period of the national and international events and to attend all function as request by the organizer and shall not be excused from such non-attendance except informs previously.
  4. To allow and permit the organizer the exclusive rights to use all photographs of the contestants and also photographs taken during the course of the pageant and reserve the right to feature them on any Media of Publicity for promotion.
  5. To this event, the contestant will not receive any payment for the photographs used.
  6. To travel with the organizer’s promotion crew on and on fashion assignment, visit to charitable organization, etc on a specific date which the organizer will inform the contest prior to the date. The national delegate will also participate in national and international fashion shows and photo shooting sessions without asking for any fee.
  7. To appear in television, radio, film, fashion shows or print media for the purpose of publicity and promotion of the contest.
  8.  To attend rehearsals promptly when requested by the organizer.
  9. To submit 3 photographs postcard size one full length national costume one full length in evening dress one full length in swimsuit.Photographs taken from this is non-returnable, together with official entry from. 
  10. To be equiped with sufficient funds to cover incidental expenses such as excess baggages charges.
  11. Unless she is a winner or runner-up or she may be required to slay by the organizer in the country when the contest is held for post contest activities such as personal appearances, modeling or commercial advertisement assignments and the like, the contestant will return her last place of embarkation within (2) days or the first available flight after the pageant or as ticketed.

SELECTED

THE 1st MISS WISDOM WORLD
or RUNNER-UP and  SPECIAL TITLE HOLDERS
  1. She will be managed by the international sponsor under the supervision of the promoter host organizer for a period of one (l) year from the date of winning the pageant.
  2. She should not by any time thereafter commercially exploit her title in any way what’s ever except exclusively through and by sole agreement with the promoter/host organizer
  3. To conduct herself during the reign as  Miss Wisdom World(MWW) or runner-up and Special Title Holders for the period of one (3) year and not to commit any act of immoral, illegal or other similar nature which in the opinion of the promoter/ host organizer damage or bring disrepute to the title/pageant.
  4. Any contract, agreement, use or endorsement by its terms becomes automatically void and ceases immediately if the contestant becomes winner or in top ten in The Miss Wisdom World 2021 Title for a period of 1 year. All of contestant’s rights will automatically transfer to Miss Wisdom Organization till they hand on their titles next year.

THE ORGANIZING COMMITTEE IS GUARANTEED ITEMS.

  1. She will be met at the airport at time of her arrival and be assisted at her departure.
  2. That she will be provided with suitable hotel accommodation and meal during the entire duration of the pageant.
  3. Any other expenses Incurred such as, room service, telephone calls, telegrams, cables additional food and beverages will be to the personal account of the contestant.
  4. To provide transportation to all contestants to fulfill contestants’ itinerary and schedules.
  5. To provide security and chaperon for contestants for the entire period of the contest.
  6. To control, advice, assist, supervise and direct the contestant as to her conduct and well being during the contest.

    GENERAL INFORMATION

    Each finalist will receive promotional outfits from our sponsors be worn on day tours and special appearances.You will be fully briefed on when and what to wear.


    REQUIREMENTS FOR EACH DELEGATES
    Delegates must bring as follows:

    • A National costume with stage effect
    • 3 Pieces of evening gowns
    • 2 Pairs of bikinis
    • 3 Cocktail dresses
    • A Gift worth between $100 - $150 for auction or charity.
    • A pair of white shoes / sandals and one of black ones (high heels preferably)
    • At least day time dresses for 16 days
    • Characteristic present ( whatever you think is nice )
       for the personalities to be met in here ( just one and not  expensive )
    • National Flag
    •  Special evening dress
    •  Sound Clips with music for the Miss Talent (Mini Competition)
    • Sound cilps with National Anthem

    Accommodation,Food and booking items.
    1. As there will be a lot of visits, different contestants will go to different places with different groups. The groups will be organized by the event organizer.
    2. Breakfasts, lunches and dinners will be supplied during your stay. Information about extra meals will be introduced at the first briefing
    3. All other personal meals and room service will be at your own expense as well as extra beverages.
    4. All transport for official occasions will be provided.Private trips, taxis, car hire, limos etc will be at your own expense.
    6. If you are a Vegetarian please indicate on the Official Participant Application Form,so that we can TRY to accommodate you.We cannot cater to requirements that are out of the ordinary.We apologize for this in advance.
    8. You will share your hotel room with other contestants.If you are a non-smoker and would prefer not to share with a smoker, Please indicate on your finalist questionnaire.
    9. We will not be responsible for any loss of personal property or valuables. Please do not bring risky valuables and expensive personal properties with you.
    10. Airline tickets and passports must be handed to the event organizers on arrival for safekeeping and for re-confirming departure flights. Should you fail to do so and lose your flight as a result of this; the organizer will not be held responsible for any extra expenses, which you may incur due to your own negligent actions.
    11. Please bring with you a beach towel and personal toiletries.
    12. Important - Make sure you have personal health and travel insurance papers and bring them with you when you come to the Miss WISDOM ORGANIZATION
    13. Under no circumstances will guests or National Directors be permitted to stay overnight in a contestant’s room.
    15. Miss Wisdom World 2021 Title Winner are expected to serve as Tour Ambassador and visiting respective countries and participate in activities such as visiting the Local governments, the Tourism Events, and Promoting The Host Venue around the world.
    17. The contest has a special meaning as the delegates participate in and friendship for the world and peace.
    18.  Delegates will perform as fashion models at the fashion show sometime during the contest period.

    GOVERNMENT DRUG WARNING
    The drug abuse is banned by the national laws.
    The users will be charged by the local laws so this will be their own responsibility.

    IMPORTANT:
    We reserve the right to remove the Contestants from the contest without notice any delegate who in the organizer’s opinion jeopardizes the security of other delegates their possessions, miss rehearsals or official functions, or is a bad influence on the smooth running of the event.

    VISAS
    Visa invitation letters will only be sent to contestants who, have filled up their official entry forms and submitted it together with their photos and passport photocopies to our

    Every national delegate must learn whether they need a visa to enter VIETNAM or not at least 15 days before the departure. If there is a visa application then the national delegate must apply to Vietnam Consulate to have a 60 days visa.

    MEDICAL ,VACCINATION & TRAVEL INSURANCE
    Important - Make sure you have personal health and travel insurance papers and bring them with you when you come to the Miss wisdom Organization In case you get sick, your medical insurance will cover your medical expenses.
