Acceptance

If  you have won a national title before, or competed in an international pageant representing your country, two years must have passed since your reign as winner ended.

Miss Wissdom World finalists and winners are not permitted to have or promote cosmetic fillers or procedures in any way during their reign. If a winner does undergo cosmetic procedures, surgical or non-surgical, she will be disqualified. Delegate shall be azitizen of their country. (In case of wanting to represent another country, the competition division must be specified )

Official Language

English is the official language of the Miss Wisdom world contests. It is a requirement for contestants to speak English.

Gender

Entrants’ legal gender must be female.

Famous people,Celebrity not allowed

Applicants must not be a celebrity or a Famous person in representative country, If a candidate's profile is verified as a very reputable person in the applicant's country, we will revoke and terminate the applicant immediately from the applicant list.

Code of Conduct

Contestant shall be a person whose background is not likely to bring in to disrepute the  Miss Wisdom World title or the Licensee or the Promoter or any person associated with them. Entrant affirms that she is and will continue to be a person of good moral character; that she has not committed and will not commit any act inconsistent with the highest standards of public morals and conventions or that will reflect unfavourably on the competition, its representatives, sponsors and/or licensees; that she has not appeared in, or posed for, any nude or provocative photographs prior to, during the preliminary or contest finals, or during her reign should she become a grand finalist.

Contestant will conduct herself in a courteous, professional manner at all times during the Miss wisdom world contest 

Contestant will not slander or libel other contestants, judges, Miss Wisdom Organization or anyone else involved with or connected to the Miss Wisdom world contest. Defamatory verbal and/or written remarks against Miss Wisdom world will result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any and all prizes and awards won, and legal charges.

Any Contestant found publicly posting slanderous remarks on public forums will be immediately disqualified. Good sportsmanship is expected at all times. Disruptive behaviour before, during, or after the pageant may result in disqualification, removal from the premises, and legal charges.

Miss WISDOM WORLD Entrants agrees:

1.  If selected as a Miss WISDOM WORLD winner, contestant agrees make a minimum of 15 appearances throughout her year’s reign as approved by the Pesidents of Miss wisdom world. Appearances may include but are not limited to parades; radio, television and newspaper interviews; and public appearances at events. Winners are expected to provide the organisers of Miss Wisdom Wolrd with photos of appearances for the miss wisdom world website and promotion.
2. If selected as a winner of Miss Wisdom World, they will not enter or compete in any other regional, national or international pageant or beauty contest during her reign. Winners are expected to give their time and energy to this title and this title only during their year’s reign. Permission for Miss Wisdom titleholders to participate in other beauty competitions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. If selected as a winner of Miss Wisdom World , contestant agrees that a contract will be signed pertaining to the code of conduct, appearances and work, including modelling, television and film, that the winners undertake during their reign on behalf of Miss Wisdom world.
4. To look solely to the Miss Wisdom Organization with respect to all matters relating to her application, rules, regulations, policies, preparation, rehearsal, performance and selection process, and all other matters relating to the preliminary contests and finals.
5. That the Miss wisdom Organization officers, employees, and pageant personnel are not responsible for accidents, injury or theft incurred at the time of the Miss Widom world preliminary or final or travel to and from.
6. That the Miss Wisdom Organization & employees are not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the competition sponsors, judges, or contract vendors (e.g., photographer, videographer, etc.) who may be providing products or services to contestants and winners at the Miss Wisdom world preliminary and final.
7. That the organisers of Miss Wisdom World are not responsible for negligence or fraud on the part of the host hotel.
8. That the organisers of Miss Wisdom world are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage caused to any and all prizes, gifts, and awards bestowed upon entrant after these items become the property of entrant. Entrant agrees to incur replacement and/or repair costs to lost, stolen, or damaged items including but not limited to: crown/tiara, sash, plaques, trophies, etc.
9. That the date/venue of the Miss Wisdom World is subject to change and in such a case, the entrant is not eligible for a refund.
10. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into or feedback given regarding the selection of semi-finalists, grand finalists or winners.

Deadlines

All deadlines for photographs, and contestant information are strictly enforced and must be adhered to by entrant.

Entry Fee & Payments

Finalists – If contestant is selected as a finalist then the contestant’s sash will be ordered and contestant’s titles made official after payment has been received in full by the organisers of Miss Wisdom Organization  If full payment is not received by the end of a 4 week period, as of date of notification, the title will be awarded to another contestant.

Refund Policy

All fees paid for and to the Miss wisdom world Organization competition are not refundable and not transferable in full or in part for under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to entry fees, advertising fees, contest admission ticket sales fees, guest meal fees and any other fees paid to the organisers of Miss Wisdom Organzation by anyone including, but not limited to, contestants, sponsors, and advertisers.

Necessary expenses of Delegetes

1. Year 2021 Registration application fees = $0.00
2. Year 2021 ND Franchise licence fees = ( Talk to Organization Misswisdomworld@gmail.com) 
3. Round -trip airfare + VISA 30-60days and certification of health (Vaccine Passport) of origin for each country of beauty queen is responsible for herself.  
4. Costs of Medical examination certifcate at the Applicant's of delegates country will be borne by the applicant himself or the director of his country.
5. Accommodation ,food during contest  in Vietnam  provide by  MWW Organization
6.  When all delegates arrival Vietnam Need to have  Health examination, + health checks in Vietnam again , MWW Organization will Provide of them closely.
7. Hotel / Contestants are required to stay at the host hotel 

Disqualification / Title Relinquishment

If contestant is disqualified or relinquishes, for any reason, any title awarded to her, all prizes must be returned in full, and in condition received.

Publicity and Promotion

By virtue of participation in the Miss Wisdom world Organization, contestant agrees to allow the organisers of MWW the right to use her name, likeness, voice and/or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion now and in the future. Contestant understands that her name, likeness, voice, and/or biographical information may be used on the internet, in print advertising, press releases and merchandise related to the Miss Wisdom Organization contest 

Contestant agrees to waive any and all compensation for use of her name, likeness, voice, and /or biographical information for purposes of publicity and promotion of Miss Wisdom Organization.

Agreement

Delegates entrant agrees to abide by the above rules. If an entrant fails to abide by the above rules and/or brings Miss Wisdom Organization into disrepute, a decision will be made at the Miss Wisdom Organization discretion. The director has the right to terminate the entrant/contestant/winner contract immediately, reclaim the entrant’s sash, crown and prizes.  The director has the right to authorise the deletion of all photos containing Miss Wisdom World sash & crown from all media, including but not limited to, internet, print, facebook, associated to the entrant/contestant/winner.

Contestant agrees to sign a Code of Conduct statement indicating agreement to abide by the terms specified here and also the obligations & terms and conditions of Miss Wisdom World Failure to sign these statements does not in any way release contestant from responsibility to abide by the Code of Conduct and terms and conditions of the Miss Wisdom Organization

Participation in the Miss Wisdom Organization contest also indicates acceptance and agreement to abide by all policies, rules and regulations set forth by Miss Wisdom Organization Contestant attests that all information submitted to the organisers of Miss Wisdom Organization is true and accurate. Falsification of information and failure to comply with the policies of Miss Wisdom Organization may result in immediate disqualification and/or forfeiture of prizes won without benefit of refund in full or in part at the sole discretion of the director of Miss Wisdom organization
